DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

We deliver to all EU countries except Denmark, Finland, Sweden and Cyprus. In addition to this we deliver to Switzerland. When shipping to Switzerland may incur additional customs duties. Unfortunately we have no influence on this.

Shipping to an address in Germany: 2-3 working days*.

Shipping to an address in other EU countries: 3-5 working days*.

Shipping to an address in non-EU countries: 5-7 working days*.

*Delivery times may vary on various public holidays.

No, we do not currently offer express shipping.

Within Germany: free shipping from a purchase value of 19.90€. Below the order value of 19,90€ the shipping costs per order are 3,95€.
Within Europe (EU): from a purchase value of 100,00€ free shipping. Below an order value of 100€ the shipping costs are 6,95€ per order. For Switzerland the shipping costs are 9,95€ under a purchase value of 150,00€. From a purchase value of 150,00€ the shipping costs for Switzerland are free.

We ship throughout Europe with our shipping partner DHL.

You can also address your shipment to a DHL Packstation. Please enter the address line of the Packstation in the "Address" field and your personal DHL postal number in the "Additional address" field.

We only offer delivery to a DHL Packstation.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. As soon as your shipment is handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive a second e-mail. This contains a link with a tracking ID. There you can track the shipment and delivery of your package.

If there is a pre-ordered product in your order, you will receive the immediately available products within the stated delivery time (1-3 working days). The pre-ordered product will then be sent to you as a second package later, depending on the stock situation.

You are welcome to place your order with us with a purchase on account. You have 14 days to pay your invoice. This is not handled directly by us but by the payment provider Klarna. RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

If your item has reached you defective or damaged, please contact us immediately by e-mail
(hello@nice-stories.com).

Please send us a photo of the defective product and a short description of the complaint in the e-mail. We will then send you a return label for an exchange.

In the event of a return initiated by the customer, the customer shall bear the costs for the return. A return can only be made 14 days after purchase. You can find more information on this on the page "Right of withdrawal".

Please include a short, informal letter with your order number, reason for return and name when returning the item.

Our returns team will contact you by email as soon as your return is processed. This may take a few working days after the shipment arrives.

We can only cancel your order within the first 30 minutes after receipt of order. So please write an email to hello@nice-stories.com to cancel your order in time.
